Please review the ZOLEO returns policy prior to making a request.

How to Make A Return:

  1. Please fill out the form details
  2. You will receive confirmation that your request has been received.
  3. Once return request is validated, ZOLEO Customer Support will issue a return label to your shipping address.
  4. Place and secure return label to package.
  5. Drop off Item to your local courier.
  6. Once items are received, ZOLEO Customer Support will issue a refund based on your respective payment method.
  7. You will receive an email confirmation once refund has been processed.
